5. Placing Orders

FolkArt reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time. For the most precise product data, defer to labels on physical merchandise upon receipt.
7. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. We may offer promotions with different pricing and terms. In the event of an error, we will cancel or refund orders placed with incorrect pricing.
We accept all major credit cards, plus PayPal and Amazon Pay. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If your payment fails or charges back, we may cancel your order, require an alternate payment method, and/or block you from making future purchases.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Delivery timeframe estimates are not guaranteed but are based on average transit times.
Title transfers upon shipment. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage after an order ships. Inspect your shipment promptly and notify us within 5 days of delivery if any issues are found. We will work with you to try and locate lost packages or resolve any problems.
9. Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a FolkArt product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Paint, tools, or other opened merchandise must be in original condition to be eligible for return. Contact Customer Service to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from a FolkArt error. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
10. Promotions & Discounts
FolkArt discounts, coupons, gift cards, etc. cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts apply only toward eligible products and may be limited by quantity or dollar value. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exploit or abuse promotions by exceeding reasonable quantities.
Promotional credits and gift cards do not expire but are not redeemable for cash. Lost or expired store credits cannot be replaced.
11. Sweepstakes & Giveaways
Any sweepstakes, contests, giveaways or other promotions hosted on folkart-paint.com will be governed by specific Official Rules published with each promotion. By entering such contests, you agree to the applicable rules and any additional terms or conditions specified.
